Industrial Designer (m/f/d)
The ideal candidate should have the ability to take the creative lead across multiple projects, possess superior design skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into fascinating product designs.

FUNCTIONS
- Creation of innovative and brand relevant design concepts for the complete product portfolio that convey the essence of the Leica brand to the outside world
- Development and implementation of exceptional design solutions in collaboration with product management, internal development departments and partner companies
- Creation of outstanding renderings, visualizations and presentations
- In-depth analysis and research of market, user and technology trends
- Driver of new product ideas and innovations
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS and MA or advanced degree in industrial design
- Several years of professional experience as a product designer in international projects
- Intercultural experience in project implementation and a strong understanding of the needs of international markets
- First-class creative skills as a designer
- Profound passion for the Leica brand
- Exceptional skills in cross-product design language development
- Self-driven and ability to work in a dynamic team environment
- Distinct problem solving ability and fascination for detail
- Passion for photography
- Fluent English, further foreign languages desired
- Drivers licence and enthusiasm to travel
